Sollerta has built a network of independent consultants who wish to work together, pooling their marketing and providing mutual support. Consultants working for Sollerta may develop their own business; but we require that Sollerta colleagues are kept informed and that this business development is not in direct competition with any opportunities that Sollerta may be pursuing at that time.
All Sollerta consultants work in accordance with the Sollerta Quality Manual and Sollerta procedures.
Sollerta consultants who bring new business to the attention of the Sollerta board, once the contract has successfully been awarded, have the option of:
· project managing the business on behalf of Sollerta and enlisting the help of other Sollerta consultants as appropriate
· working in a Sollerta team, managed by another Sollerta consultant
· not working in the team but being awarded a 'finder's fee'.
The Sollerta board would negotiate the contract price with the client. On receipt of payment from the client, Sollerta will divide the majority of the fee income between the project participants, retaining a nominal amount for company overheads
