How does Sollerta work with clients?
We carry out initial discussions with the client to understand the client's business aims and processes.
We develop a business improvement plan (BIP) that may incorporate ideas for business procees improvement, and/or technology insertion.
These plans are accompanied by proposals for implementation of these improvements.
If the client wishes to proceed, Sollerta will work with the client to implement the BIP to agreed costs and timescales.
